Exchange Policy

In case of any dispute, products purchased from our website can be exchanged within 15 days only if:

1. The exchange request is made within the stated time frame.
2. The item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
3. The received product differs from the original order.
4. Any items are missing from the package, including price tags, labels, or original packaging.

If products are found damaged or missing, images of the outer packaging must be provided via email to help zarmeenemaan6@gmail.com.com as evidence before discarding the packaging.

• Defective Items
  To raise a dispute, please email pictures of the defective item to help@zarmeenemaan6 or call +92 309-5754488 within 15 days after delivery. Zarmeen Emaan will assess each dispute individually and aim to resolve it fairly. 

  Please note that no disputes will be accepted after 15 days from the delivery date.

• Buyer Responsibility
  The buyer is responsible for all purchases made in good faith. The buyer must ensure all selections made (articles/products) are correct and acknowledges this responsibility.

• Marketing and Communication
  Zarmeen Emaan may send marketing offers, newsletters, and catalogues (e.g., email address, wish lists, name, and postal address) and can assist in creating a personal account (e.g., name, phone number, and email address) on our website.

  Our team may contact you in case of any issue with the delivery of your items.

• Fraud Prevention
  Zarmeen Emaan reserves the right to disclose data to fraud prevention agencies when necessary.

• Age Verification
  We may verify that you are of legal age to shop online.

• Payment Methods
  We accept online payments in PKR or other agreed currencies. Payment details you submit will be transmitted directly to our payment provider over a secure connection.
